Daily Eats, Tuesday 7/23

B - 2 small eggs, 2 strips bacon, 1 biscuit (was fun making that camping!)

L - avocado and chips

D - 1/2 hamburger, coleslaw, a few BBQ chips

S - small dish of ice cream, 2 cookies

I feel this is kind of "normal" eating, but not exactly eating for weight loss. Vacation is vacation....

Sometimes normal eating is a win!

I had my worst eating day in awhile yesterday. I'm not sure if I don't remember it all or if I blocked it out lol

B: 2 egg white sous vide bites and skinny cinnamon dolce latte

L: white chicken chili with a little shredded cheddar and some tortilla strips

--and then I don't know if I got overhungry or what but I had a "what the hell, you deserve this, today I'm going to crash and burn mentality--

S-D-D: Over the time period between 4pm-bed

3 McDonald's chocolate chip cookies, 1/2 McD cheeseburger, 1 1/2 glasses of wine, 1/2 hamburger patty (homemade) scarfed down hungrily before bed

Last day of staycation, nothing moderate about it.

Breakfast: left over gnocchi from previous evening

2nd breakfast: something called a crepe cake and a cappuccino

Lunch: cup of clam chowder and package of oyster crackers

Dinner at baseball game: 1/2 of a bratwurst, bun, cracker jack, bag of kettle chips...

Today, sugar detox underway :) So far, just sf lattes, I'll eat something pretty soon.
