Daily Eats 7-19-19
B: coffee w/ whole milk, protein one bar, Jimmy dean egg delight
L: 1/2 Amy's pesto tortellini, w/ 1/2 chimichurri grilled chicken breast, halved grape tomatoes (will eat other half today--great meal)
S: iced coffee with coconut milk and sf caramel syrup, fiber one brownie, pirate's booty
D: leftover chicken and wild rice casserole, garlic green beans, glass of wine
unintended eats: handful of toffee peanuts, several handfuls Becca's cinnamon cheerios
Breakfast: sf chai latte, cottage cheese and blueberries
Lunch: 1/2 Panera strawberry and chicken salad, bag of kettle chips
Dinner: the rest of the salad
Snacks: part of a McDonald's ice cream cone, (threw part of it away before I started eating), yogurt with some granola, a piece of brie cheese on crackers
