Daily Eats, 7-18-2019
I really need to get back to measuring my portions.
B: coffee w/ whole milk, chocolate zucchini muffin, cold brew with cascara foam, 2 egg white sous vide bites
L: power chicken burrito, no guac
D: grilled chicken breast, half ear of corn with margarine, salad with greek yogurt dressing, small wedge watermelon
D: glass red wine, handful glazed peanuts
Ate out twice today, did not intend to eat the pizza, it was sitting all warm, out of the oven when I got home and I was hungry, boom, flew into my mouth!
Breakfast: coffee with cream, 2 pieces of bacon, 1/3 of a pecan buttermilk pancake
Lunch: 2 pieces of Costco pepperoni pizza (from a frozen pizza) unplanned, I was going to have cottage cheese
Dinner: champagne ****tail, an appetizer: toasted chiabatta bread, goat cheese, grilled peach and prosciutto
Snack: chobani yogurt with chia seeds and a handful of blueberries
