L: 1/2 cauliflower general tso's, 3/4 power chicken burrito, no guacamole (surprisingly the whole thing is only 410 calories and very filling)
D: 2/3 c. (?) chicken and wild rice casserole, green beans with margarine, watermelon
S: red wine, handful of peanuts (unintended)
Andy and I went to the Dallas area for a few days. I was THAT person who threw caution to the wind. Back to reality...almost.

boredom eating: popcorn, pretzels, sf pudding(Andy gone to a rehearsal)
Breakfast: sf chai latte, 45 calorie bread, peanut butter, dribble of honey
Lunch: Chik fil a kids meal: 6 grilled chicken nuggets, fruit cup, sf lemonade
Dinner: taco salad: hamburger, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream
Snack: estimated 150 calories of samples at Costco, chobani yogurt and chia seeds
