OMG. I recognize that person. ;)

This maintenance ability to begin anew is the most effective tool in my armory. 'Cause God knows it gets more use than all the other tools in there.

Breakfast: sf chai latte, cottage cheese and blueberries, Old Wisconin beef bites

Lunch: baked pepperoni, sour cream, asparagus

Dinner: potluck with Controversy Club. Clam Chowder, tea sandwiches, Caesar salad, cookie bar, rose wine

Snacks: chobani yogurt with granola

Calories: Not sure, tracked until dinner, but gave up trying to enter the homemade stuff. When I started dinner I had 745 calories left, so I am feeling okay about the day. Probably not weight loss level of calories, but not a blow out either.

B- NF Greek Yogurt with berries.

L - snacked on BBQ Lay's .... REALLY???? I found myself again a bit too busy to sit down to make a salad and "dine" so I ate crap instead.

Dinner - Chicken breast, Cole slaw, about 1/4 cup mashed potato.

5:30 am this morning my gut rebelled against yesterday's eats. Cramps and gas, but thank goodness, no #3!
