Yup! I'm still 2 pounds above my 100-pound goal. And I'll be traveling again a week from now, so I'm taking advantage of my clean cupboard and kitchen while I'm home to keep exercise high and calories low for a while.
My biggest challenge these days is keeping my eating on an even keel when I'm traveling. There are so many social events / celebrations when I'm away with friends or going someplace fancy I can't resist everything.
#FirstWorldProblems, eh?
Please note that I even count the calories of my Omega 3 capsule and my Caltrate Vitamin D chewable. And I weigh EVERYTHING.
