Breakfast: cottage cheese and blueberries, bacon
Late Lunch: lobster bisque, prosecco
Dinner: cucumber, feta, tomatoes, bacon, Italian dressing
Snacks: movie popcorn, diet coke, iced coffee, half a tuna sandwich (which I hadn't planned, but I decided if tuna with almost no mayo sounded good, I was truly hungry)
Calories: under 1400, I can't get into MFP this morning to look up the exact number.

Daily Calorie Composition: 20% from carbs, 41% from fat and 39% from protein.
Better day yesterday. Busy, not hungry and didn?t eat ?till about 4:00 pm. Some stability in this area of my life would be appreciated. Yesterday, I put the blame on a fickle Whipple. Today my insides feel more normal (so I suppose I?ll have to look around for a different scapegoat.)

B - Coffee, 1/2 PB & Low sugar jam Ezekiel bread sandwich
L - Greek NF yogurt with berries
post workout - Chocolate banana smoothie (almond milk, protein powder, 1/2 banana)
D- 1/2 chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese on a ciabatta roll.
S - ice cream
Oh, I so wanted to bring home a "personal" pie from the restaurant in Sonoma last night. But I was strong and refrained!
