There it is. Geeze, Louise! Went the way of the peanut, cheese and bread path. Chose to do it. That same path presents itself again today (as it always has and, I guess always will). Also Always the same experience: instant gratification, and then the bill to pay.

First, thank you all for the digital hugs. I need them and appreciate them very much.
Yesterday's eats:
Cals - 1,445, Carbs - 102, Fats - 45, Protein 138, Fiber 27
Foods were protein drinks (3), Healthy Choice meals (2), 1.5 ounces bourbon, 5 ounces chardonnay, coffee (3 cups) and a pint of Halo Top peanut butter cup ice cream. First time I've had Halo Top in a long time, but knowing I was going to be fasting all day today pushed me over that decision line.
Only comment thus far about colonoscopy prep is that I am pretty surprised at how nauseated (severely!) that magnesium citrate drink makes me feel. And I still have one more bottle to get down by midday.
Otherwise, I'm taking it VERY quiet today.
