Calories 1204 Fat 40.4 g Fiber 12.7 g Carbs 54.2 g Sodium 2007.3 mg Protein 145.7 g Water 99 fl oz

Daily Calorie Composition: 19% from carbs, 31% from fat and 50% from protein

(I need to take a computer essentials class for dummies....Oh, the magic tricks I am so totally unaware of!) Control+V Who'd a thunk??

Yesterday was dicey, with a seeming need to munch-a-bunch. Defiantly do not need the protein numbers posted above. Trying to sub in for less desirable options is not the way to go. The issue is to deal with the seeming "need" to have something in my mouth when I truly do not NEED it.

Edited to try and clean up page- guess I have not yet figured this gizmo out.

Breakfast: sf chai latte, cottage cheese and blueberries, 2 slices of bacon

Lunch: White chicken chili

Dinner: salad: cucumbers, feta cheese, tomatoes, bacon and Italian dressing (something about this combo is so satisfying!)

Snacks: iced coffee, chobani yogurt with chia seed

Calories: 1088

B - Fried Egg Sandwich on Grain Bread

S- Nothing

L- Leftover Roast Lamb and Veg

D- Mini Taco boat filled with lettuce, cheese, tomato, capsi****pring onion and topped with Chicken strip & peach

S- 2 Lolly Snakes, 2 Rice cakes with cheese, Milk Milo - oops

L - Steak salad - greens, corn, a bit of rice, peppers, grilled onions, steak

D - 1/2 chicken sandwich with slaw

S-1/2 brownie 1/2 apple danish
