Breakfast: sf chai latte, 3 slices bacon, egg

Lunch: salad: cucumbers, feta cheese, tomato, 1 slice bacon, Italian dressing

Dinner: White chicken chili, green salad, Italian dressing

Snacks: chobani yogurt, Whisps, iced coffee (1cup milk)

B - 2 eggs, 1 sausage

L - Hot dog

D - 1 Taco, 3 bites Chicken Nachos

At the movies - popcorn and diet pop

Snack - what else... ice cream

Pretty much same-o-same o. Did enjoy a fantastic Fuji apple with hummus. Had an ounce of peanuts that I didn't need, but was very crunchy fare. If I actually measure them out instead of just eating them out of the jar, I have a little bit more control (except for those times when, after measuring them out 2 or 3 times - one serving after the other, I just say to hell with it and toss the whole kitandkaboodle down the ol' pie hole.
