I do best when there is not a lot of variety - my foods are often same-o-same-o.
DS#2 and I made a batch of hummus and used sweet red onion to scoop it. Yum yum and provided some good olive oil fat. I "cut" the hummus with a generous amount of my yogurt Greeked to very stoutly thick and then eat liberally as a protein source.
I've done two days of unintentional - intentional intermittent fasting. Not sure if I am a fan, but I will admit, was able to manage.
B - skipped
L - 1 egg, 1 Bratwurst, 2 oz left over corn pudding (almost gone!)
snack - quest bar
Dinner - 3 pork ribs (about 4 oz of meat), 1 ear of grilled corn.

Kept my two promises to myself yesterday. One was getting Keira groomed, the other was a food related issue - I did not put food in my mouth just before bed.
B- Slice grain toast - 2 slices shortcut bacon & 2 eggs
S- Nothing
L- Nothing
D- Had DSS & Family over so made a nice meal
Potato & Leek Soup with Ham Hock
Roast Lamb, Roast Potato, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Beetroot & Carrot, Steamed peas, corn & Beans. Cauliflower with cheese Sauce
Homegrown Peach Pudding & Ice cream
Had a small serve of each - hence the reason my weight is up this am
