Sorry I didnt get here yesterday - was a busy one. Took eldest DS shopping as he needed clothes to go on holiday with his father. Then came home and gardened till around 1.30pm - we have one more tier to go before we are done. Then inside to cook. My stepson, his partner and our grandson came for an early tea. I cooked up a feast and sent lots home with them. Cooking is one of the ways I show my love. Wish I could bundle up food parcels and airmail then across

Weight is up today - hardly surprising after a 3 course dinner last night 177.54

Love and comfort to you all as we struggle together. We walk the paths with our special lady both now and in the future.
