Age: 64; 5' 5"; High weight: 345; Start weight: 271 (01/05/15); Surgery weight: 218 (05/27/15); Pre-Op (-53); M 1 (-18); M 2 (-1.5); M 3 (-13.5 ); M 4 (-13); M 5 (- 8); M 6 (-12) M 7 (-5, Xmas); M 8 (- 9) Under surgeon's goal and REACHED HEALTHY BMI 12/07/15!! (Six months and one week.) AT GOAL month 8. Maintaining at goal range (139- 144) ~ four (4) years !!
Breakfast: bacon and eggs, sf latte
Lunch: leftover risotto
Dinner: snack sized m&m Mcflurry (when I logged it I was surprised that even the little size was over 400 calories!)
Snack: part of a chicken sandwich, yoghurt, chia seeds, some crackers, hummus, a couple bites of pizza.
Calories: gave up tracking once I knew my protein goal was met, and the grazing started.
Brunch - 2 jumbo eggs and left over innards of my chicken slider from the game
L - skipped
Dinner- 1/2 4 oz hamburger with cheese, few bites salad, 1/2 bratwurst
Desser****ermelon slice
Non Fuel: handful of chips before dinner, 2 pieces of pound cake loaf, small dish of ice cream.
I actually felt pretty darn good about the day. I could have easily not eaten the second piece of pound cake, but I chose to indulge some of my addictive behaviors.

D- Out to Thai to celebrate DH passing ...
2 x Prawns wrapped in pork and crumbed
Spoonful (big) Prawn Pad Thai
Spoonful (big) Coconut Rice, topped with Red Duck Curry & Veg
I couldnt fini**** - we brought home 2 containers which will likely be lunch
S- Milk Milo & 4 x Gourmet Chocolate cups- oops was doing reasonably good before then. Sat up chatting to DH and watching TV
