Guess it wasn't as terrible as I remember. But not great choices.
Well here goes the attempt to recreate yesterdays eat-fest. Glass of skim milk, granola with skim milk, numerous chips and dip, red wine, a chicken spinach feta sausage, 1 deviled egg, small blob of potato salad, half of a small serving of lemon cake with chocolate gelato. Thats what triggered the spit up. No dinner later. DH over did it as well and spit up for hours. I took a nap.
B - almond milk protein shake
post workout - NF Greek Yogurt with berries and 1/4 cup Kellog's protein flakes
L & D at the ball game: (spread over a 12 inning game)
Fried chicken slider (perfect size), 1/2 a serving of Loaded Tater Tots (Absolute crap food, but oh, soooooo tasty!),
two handfuls of sour jellies, and a midnight hot dog. We left for the game at 4 pm and got home at 12:30 am. I
am not feeling too bad about my eats there. At one time it would have been much, much worse.
Small dish of ice cream and a cookie at home.
