Breakfast: sf latte, hummus, sourdough crackers, cantaloupe
Lunch: sirloin steak, veggie chips ( these were way too delicious, and my son is now storing them in his office)
Dinner: sirloin steak, asparagus, Dole Chopped Kale Salad
Snacks: diet root beer with tablespoon of cream (yum, tastes like a root beer float), chobani yogurt with chia seeds, an Old Wisconsin beef stick
