Daily Eats, 07/01/19
Full Disclosure: weekend eating was unplanned and on the fly.....
Saturday was dog club party held here, so I cooked for 30. I ate only one meal. My plate held tri tip steak, 1 pork rib and 1/2 chicken basil sausage, 1 spoonful of corn pudding, a Hawaiian roll, and a bit of salad. I did not finish my meal. I ate the steak and the sausage, most of the rib, a bit of salad, two bites or 3 of the pudding and I did eat the roll which had been sopped in the steak juices. Dessert that evening was fresh berries with whipped cream and a sliver of pound cake.
Yesterday:
B - Coffee
L - 3 chicken strips from Carl's Junior, 1 cookie, Diet Coke.
Snack - about a serving of tortilla chips and 1 cookie.
D - 2 Jack in the Box tacos.
Midnight (literally) snack - vanilla ice cream with berries.
The weight loss and movement gods were on my side, so my weight continued its downward trend this weekend.
