(Six months and one week.) AT GOAL month 8. Maintaining at goal range (139- 144) ~ four (4) years !!
I just got back from Costco and they had preportioned bags of whisps, cheddar and parmesan. Each little bag had 100 calories. I like the whisps, but find a few go a long way with me, so I thought these 100 calorie bags would be just the thing when I need to bring a snack, or want a side dish with a sandwich etc. I like to crumble them up in salads too in place of croutons.
Ok today's memory test of what I ate yesterday:
Coffee with half and half, GY with granola, another handful of granola prpbably some cheese stir (not clear on what lunch was) peanuts, red wine, a slice of bacon and tomato pizza, no sweets that I recall. Scale is ever moving up. must have sneaked in a few bites of something and wiped the memory card. ds
