++We were traveling 4+ hours

Age: 64; 5' 5"; High weight: 345; Start weight: 271 (01/05/15); Surgery weight: 218 (05/27/15); Pre-Op (-53); M 1 (-18); M 2 (-1.5); M 3 (-13.5 ); M 4 (-13); M 5 (- 8); M 6 (-12) M 7 (-5, Xmas); M 8 (- 9) Under surgeon's goal and REACHED HEALTHY BMI 12/07/15!! (Six months and one week.) AT GOAL month 8. Maintaining at goal range (139- 144) ~ four (4) years !!

What are these Whisps that have entered your life? I looked at my local Costco, but did not see Whisps. I picture them as some type of fluffy, air filled crunchy goodness! LOL!

Hey Peps

They are parmesan chips basically - addictive - I dont know that I will be buying another bag but then my thinking is they are better than normal potato chips which I am very partial too

I just got back from Costco and they had preportioned bags of whisps, cheddar and parmesan. Each little bag had 100 calories. I like the whisps, but find a few go a long way with me, so I thought these 100 calorie bags would be just the thing when I need to bring a snack, or want a side dish with a sandwich etc. I like to crumble them up in salads too in place of croutons.

Preportioned would be good DD :) I tend to grab a handful and eat way too many - I am a total savoury snacker

Thanks, Shirl! I'm going to look for them. I was looking where my Costco keeps the regular chips and snack food. I know where these would be in my store. They have a pseudo healthy snack aisle! LOL!

Hope you find them Peps :) Although they should come with a warning - easy to consume in large quantities he he he - well at least for me who needs to exercise more control ......

Bacon, Kodiak protein waffle with strawberries and syrup

turkey sandwich, chex mix

half a brownie

cookies (too many)

crab cakes, green salad

sweets were my downfall yesterday.

Ok today's memory test of what I ate yesterday:

Coffee with half and half, GY with granola, another handful of granola prpbably some cheese stir (not clear on what lunch was) peanuts, red wine, a slice of bacon and tomato pizza, no sweets that I recall. Scale is ever moving up. must have sneaked in a few bites of something and wiped the memory card. ds
