Kashi cinnamon something or other squares, low fat milk, coffee, sugar free vanilla creamer

Turkey sandwich with provolone cheese, chex mix (nearly gone)

Peanut m&ms (need to not buy these)

Cucumber slices with whipped chive cream cheese, smoked salmon, dill

Shrimp on big veggie salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, beets, watermelon radishes, green onions, sweet peppers, avocado, a few croutons), amazing asiago french bread

S'mores by the campfire on a gorgeous, warm summer night. Worth it.

Breakfast: 4 slices of bacon

Lunch: triscuits, cheddar cheese, fresh peach

Dinner: Dole chopped salad kit: bacon and blue cheese

Snacks: 2 cups of fairlife milk, peach chobani yogurt

Here goes: skim milk, coffee with half and half, GY with granola. cheese sticks (3), peanuts, red wine, slice of bacon tomato pizza from Papa Murphy's, another 1/4 of a slice pizza. This pizza is thin crust with skimpy toppings which is fine with me. DS
