Hope I get the date right, teachers are like, I don't know what day it is, I just know it's not September.
Breakfast: chai tea and a protein bar
Lunch: At church, ham and cheese on white bun, dab of potato salad, fresh fruit, one (and only one) bar baked by my sister in law.
Dinner: Very unusual, but another ham and cheese sandwich, this time low calorie wheat bread, with tomato and lettuce, and a peach.
Snack: ice cream cone from McDonald's
Post concert: champagne and shared a cheese plate on a beautiful patio overlooking the Mississippi river and the Minneapolis skyline on a sultry summer night. (Sometimes the setting is an ingredient too).
Frustrating early day, followed by date night. So my menu probably reflects that.
B: 2 chewy granola bars, sbux egg white sous vide bites, coffee
L: 2/3 Freddy's steakburger, fries shared with DH
S: 2 of Becca's peanut butter crackers
D: Lobster cargot appetizer with bread, shared filet with DH (probably 4 oz.), small portion au gratin potatoes, 2 glasses red wine. Very rich dinner
B: Lean Pocket Egg and Bacon
L: Quest bar
NF (Not Fuel) Wine tasting & ice cream
D: More wine and pot luck dinner bites

(Six months and one week.) AT GOAL month 8. Maintaining at goal range (139- 144) ~ four (4) years !!
Ok better do this now before I forget. Glass skim milk. GY and granola. 3 cheese sticks. about 8 Ritz crackers. Dinner was one half of a chicken pot pie. Some red wine and peanuts. I made the mistake of not taking enough suitable food to the gallery and got hungry. So I rummaged in the back room and found crackers. Bad me. But at least I only ate the remainder of the opened sleeve and didn't open any more. (rationalizing). DS
B - Protein shake and 1/2 TBS Peanut Butter
L - two eggs over left over chicken sausage and a couple TBS carnitas meat.
S - sal****er taffy I found in the bag that we brought back from Reno... Not a good thing.... triggery....
D - Went out to Thai food with the gang (Ron, BFF, Auntie Kathryn, and my brother).... bit of this and that. other than about 1/4 cup fried rice I stayed to protein and veggies.
S - Oh boy.... ice cream and a carrot cake cupcake.....
Did not log on MFP for dinner and evening snack.....
Weight was still in the 262s this morning, but up just a few tenths.
