I actually looked forward to waking up and posting! Yay accountability can be rewarding
I'll try to keep my commentary on the daily board.

S: cold brew with almond milk and sf caramel syrup

1/3 c leftover baked beans

65g halo top black cherry ice cream
unplanned, but still accounted for: 2 thin mint cookies when I got up to feed the baby
1552 calories, 82 protein
B: 1 ww English muffin, fried egg, strawberries
S: Quest bar
L: 2 oatmeal raisin cookies from Amish roadside stand
D: 4 scallops, Caprese salad, 2 glasses wine. Activia

Breakfast: cottage cheese, blueberries, 3 slices bacon, fairlife milk (sf chai latte)
Lunch/early dinner: chicken in garlic parmesan sauce, green salad, roasted asparagus
Later dinner: chobani yogurt, chia seeds
Snacks: iced coffee (delicious combo of 1 cup of fairlife milk, shot of espresso, sf torani vanilla syrup, ice)
Unplanned eats: protein bar (probably good they are almost gone), 2 triscuits

Well, I'm a bit miffed that the Livestrong site is acting up and I was unable to finish logging my food yesterday.
B - 2 jumbo eggs with 1/2 chicken sausage.
L - 1 cup strawberries & raspberries, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 TBS chopped pecans
post work out - almond milk w/ 1 scoop ON chocolate protein powder
D - Grilled chicken salad (grilled chicken, pickled radishes, grilled corn, kale, cabbage, quest fresco), a couple of Ron's fries.
Snack - vanilla ice cream
So, carbs were fewer, protein was higher. Down another 1+ pounds this am.
Ok, better do this before I forget. Glass of skim milk, two coconut clusters from costco, 3 string cheese six. handful of peanuts. red wine during debates, a half of a hippy dippy black bean burrito and a couple of bites of sweet corn. Couldn't finish the half ear of sweet corn. Tragic. Still noting the lack of greens.
