Peps - I had a tummy tuck after bringing my darling sons into the world in 2001 - happy to chat about it. It was the one part of me that stayed slim when I got to 255 lbs and I still have a flat stomach. Yes its painful - I wouldnt lie...

Good Morning All - Popping in again before I do a thing... Hoping to continue this during the balance of financial year

Weight up to 177.32 - maybe the discovery of Whisps? UGGGG

Today I just have work and will likely try and trim back the roses for winter now the green waste bin is empty. Dinner will be slow cooked chicken pieces - undecided in what form yet - will look at that mid morning and pop something on

Will respond to everyone under their posts

David - Hope Adalyn and your DD feel better soon. Yuk re the centipedes

Take care all

Greetings Merry Maintainers

158 today. Still too fat. Still not doing much about it.

The painter continues his work. He does a beautiful job and keeps at it but can only work so many hours a day. He rides the bus to come here - has no car. Yesterday DH noticed that painter had skipped a couple of the deck bars. Painter told him he did that because there were little pacific tree frogs there and he did not want to disturb them. What a gentle soul. Of course they will get painted. Look up pacific tree frogs. They are tiny, darling and sing really loud. They like to nestle in a rose of a color that looks good on them.

Stopped at the hippie store for some food. I decided I am going to eat a little yogurt and granola. My morning meals have not been very interesting.

Long boring studio board meeting. Can no one stay with an agenda? Can no one avoid digressing into the most minute details that are irrelevant? One of your regular potters who is poor as a church mouse has hurt his back and can't do much. We may set something up to help.

Yay Cecily on your garden and ditto Dave. Power of Now sounds interesting.

Well its overcast so the painter is happy. Intense sun on a deck is unpleasant. Not much else going on. Small debate watching party here tonight (like 3 people).

Cheers all. Diane S
