Daily Eats, Tuesday 6/25

My vision was a separate thread. Whoever wants to start it out should start it out- especially since I'm west coast and Liz and Diane O are east coast AND early risers.

I do have a question: Do you post what you ate yesterday or what you plan on eating today? Just curious. I think for me posting the truth about what I ate is the accountability I need. But, if the practice on the other boards has been to post what you PLAN to eat, we can do that.

Today I will post my planned menu for today, but I think tomorrow I will go with reality of what I ate today.

B - 2 eggs, 1/2 cup strawberries/raspberries with 1/4 C NF greek yogurt, 2 TBS granola

L - Chicken sausage, sliced cucumber salad

D - Grilled Tri tip, salad, brown rice (?)

Snacks - apple, ON Protein shake, nuts, and honestly, there will be some ice cream.... BUT I WILL MEASURE IT!

I plan well, but my execution sucks. An accounting of what I actually ate is probably more helpful!

Yesterday was glass of skim milk, coffee with half and half, two scrambled eggs with cheese, a half of a chicken pot pie from the health store, half ear of corn and a glass of wine. And some peanuts. Oh dear, this is adding up. There is something to this accountability thing. And a serious lack of vegetables. DS

I posted yesterday what I ate and had to edit so I?ll wait until tomorrow to post what I eat today...I'm trying to reign it in.

I'm planning to eat ice cream as well. Braums has measured cups for 130 calories.

I'm really pissed right now so trying not to stuff my face!

I will post what I actually ate tomorrow :) I like to use MFP to plan, but I often need to change it by evening, because what I plan gets switched up.

Besides accountability, I'm also looking forward to some new ideas! Like Peps cucumber salad, I just bought cucumbers, I have some feta and tomatoes.... wait is this going to cause me to eat more?

Argh. Like usual, I started fine, then 3 o'cloc****il dinner is bad for me.

Kashi cinnamon harvest and low fat milk, coffee with sugar free creamer

Turkey and cheese sandwich, Chex mix

Cravings at 3 led me to peanuts and string cheese

Small filet with mushrooms, small baked potato with sour cream and butter, asparagus

brownie

Wow, not good to see it all laid out! It wouldn't feel so bad without the chex mix, peanuts and brownie...
