"Whatchya Eatin'?" Thread???????

Thought I would throw this out there to you all:

Would any one be interested in a "whatchya eatin'? thread for us on the VSGM board? I was thinking about it and there are a few of us who might benefit from posting and having a little peer accountability. I know it would be good for me.

If there is enough interest, I think it would be a great additional thread for our some of us in this group. For those who are doing well and holding steady, posting here would also be a great teaching tool and reference for those of us striving to learn, synthesize, accommodate, and assimilate a new and healthier way of eating.

Again, just a thought.

(Six months and one week.) AT GOAL month 8. Maintaining at goal range (139- 144) ~ four (4) years !!

Breakfast: cherries and grapes

Lunch: half veggie baked potato

Snack: pork rinds/ a few peanuts

Dinner: Italian pasta salad with tons of veggies

Snack: Braums vanilla ice cream cup (edited)
