Last year we introduced canned cat food to our elderly kitty because he was getting a little thin. He is back to a fit and sassy weight, and is completely obsessed with cans of cat food. He saw one on tv, and whipped his head around and meowed/shrieked at us. My daughter says it's cat heroin, and all he can think about is scoring another hit. So he is the Perp, he will go through any number of deceptive behaviors to try and convince the second person in the kitchen, that the first person in the kitchen that morning forgot to feed him his can. As if.

Laughing out loud in real life. How do you wear 3 hearing aids? Sounds like something I would do.

After another crappy morning and cold gray day, it's cleared up and out. The high temp for the day was at 7pm. I got out and started weeding. The wet ground made it pretty easy, but the biting flies drove me inside. Hate those things. Got my hair colored this morning, but that about sums up my day!

Hopefully tomorrow will be more eventful. I need to get back in the gym too.

The Midwest is not doing summer this year. We were at a memorial service in Northern Minnesota today. Folks attending from Florida wanted to know 1. Is it always this cold and damp in summer (no), and can we even go outside with these mosquitos? ( yes, but in the northern woods you will need layers of chemical protection: deet on yourself, yard guard around the door frame to keep them from following you in, and around the bonfire area and black flag to kill the ones that sneak by the yard guard into the house). They wrote everything down and were going to stop at Wal-Mart on the way back to their cabin. God speed my Floridian Friends!

Honestly! So cold the trees haven't fully leafed out yet. I'm hoping my tomatoes get some heat and sun soon!
