(Six months and one week.) AT GOAL month 8. Maintaining at goal range (139- 144) ~ four (4) years !!
Thx all. Long story short, there is PE and there is a mass. Because of time of night they kept me and will be waiting for morning pulmonologists to arrive. Hospital is hoping they agree it makes sense to do bronchoscopy to get a sample. Until then I am off food and water and on an heparin drip Your support means the world.

Sending some virtual plants for your room. I of the brown thumb, finally repotted some of the porch plants. An activity that is fun -after the fact). TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
