Oh, DD ... you said a mouthful! What a lot you've inhaled in the last few weeks. I love your phrase "... abide with her."

And yes, my post-surgery hotel is as swanky as 'The Big City' offers.

Good Morning All - start of the working week for me - they come around so fast ! DH has just been picked up by a driver and is enroute to the airport - hes working in Brisbane this week.

Had a good weekend - arrived at farm in the wee hours sat after watching DSD do her LARP thing. Saturday we went to support DH's Mates as they marched from the old RSL to the new one for the opening. They represented the Light Horse - was great to see them dressed in the old unforms riding the horses behind a pipe band. Very moving. Sat afternoon we called into a cheese factory and winery on the way home which was lovely. Then Sat night we went out to Chinese for Nephews birthday. It was a food n wine day - ouch for the scales - which I avoided this am......

Sunday we finished our first garden bed at the farm - complete with antique plow. I look forward to adding more to it over the coming months.

Back in the city this week - have a few apts and will continue my sort and downsize task. Working my way through the end storage cupboards in the lounge area. Last week I tackled 10+ years of paperwork - was nice to get through all of that

Ann - Good luck with the second surgery. Will be wonderful to have it done

Diane - You must be bursing with pride. Such clever children you have raised

Bonnie - hope you enjoy church and you are in my thoughts lots

Liz - Glad you got out for a bit - Mexican sounds yum

Diane S - You have such a giving heart with your work with homeless

Shel - Sorry the shake made you feel yuk

Peps - How is the back today? Improving I hope

DD - Wow you have had a lot going on - glad you could spend time with your kids and share

Cec - Thinking of you too - and give Ferg a huge cuddle for me

Hello to those I have missed - I best get back to work

Take care all x Chins up x Strength coming from me to you all

Ha! You are already a day closer to the weekend :) Monday is coming tomorrow, I'd feel pretty accomplished if I tackled everything you get done in a week :) probably won't though because, as I like to think of it, I have the gift of lounging

DD's right, Shirl. You are a 'get 'er done!' kind of person. And y'all have so much LIFE going on down there!

Love our farm life - more and more I find myself resisting coming back to our city house.... Patience patience - for all good things come to those who wait (oh and work hard)
