How in hell can that be a question for eight-year-olds?! That seems like they got the wrong test!
And congrats on your good eating day. I'd have enjoyed that kind of eating day, too.
About the scales ... Like you, I'm now used to weighing every single day. I don't want to stop my daily weighing, because I remember months and months and years of NOT weighing -- and how much weight I gained by not confronting reality.
However, weighing daily means I also must make peace with what sometimes feel like random weight fluctuations. Because of how well I'm eating, I try to take comfort knowing that eventually the scale will make sense out my good work in the kitchen.
More succinctly, I can control my weight loss, but I can't predict when that weight loss will be reflected by the scales.

Greetings Precious Ones
157 today. DH brought home some Reeces so its his fault. I only ate two. Even took the dog for a walk.
Ann, I told DH about the fitbit and the mower. He loved that.
Liz, sorry your SIL has issues. Like Bonnie 150 said, lets hope the lesions are just old stuff. No fun not sleeping due to worries. Yeah, Google can indeed be frightening.
And Bonnie 150 I wish I could stick a cyber fork in the cyber asparagus! Love the stuff.
BB glad the little one is coming along just fine and that you are happy with weight.
Peps, those tests sound daunting! I barely remember 3rd grade but don't think we were much beyond Dick and Jane. I do remember drilling on multiplication tables. Is that even done anymore?
Diamond, enjoy Florida. Hope I have the right person with the trip.
Its so beautiful here now I wouldn't consider going anywhere.
Scrabble scheduled today, stop at a friend for gallery business, and maybe pick up a Papa Murphy's thin crust chicken spinach pizza. Not too bad on calories.
The neighbors must be dog sitting. Big loud dogs that drive our little terriers nuts. Its going to be a noisy day.
Wishing a bouquet of fresh asparagus to all. Diane S
"Its so beautiful here now I wouldn't consider going anywhere."
That sounds like the definition of "happiness." (sigh)

Not me going to Florida this time, it's Bonnie, Miss 150 on her way to the panhandle. DH was born in Panama City Beach , Air Force brat. We visited once to look at the base, and discovered we love the panhandle. I think the summer temps there are quite doable, really, often the same temp as Minnesota in the summer.
I just finished reading Educated, a Memoir. Incredible. Started it yesterday afternoon, and had to fini**** could NOT put it down. 329 pages.Even read the acknowledgments. Fascinating.
Thank you, DD. I just ordered the Kindle version. It sounds fantastic.
BTW, the [Ohio ARRRGH!] Iowa Summer Writing Workshop I have selected for this summer and paid for this morning is called "The Frangible Memoir."
Anyone else want to join me? :)

Well, Peps, you are in luck because the workshop is in IOWA which is very, very different from than Ohio! So, enjoy!
