Oh, Bonnie! How wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! All of it. You are beautiful! And the joy in that photograph is glorious!

Greetings RV admirer's.
No weight today. I am weightless. But pleased with myself for having taken some junk to the thrift store. A huge suitcase plus a hand knitted throw that I never use and think someone else should. It was knitted by a nun (now deceased) who was made to do it as an exercise in patience. I would have flunked out of nun school!
BB we are all so grateful that you share this lovely family building experience with us. Jeepers it seems like yesterday that Becca was beginning. Thanks for keeping us in the loop. Some of us are older and all we do is gripe about health stuff so its so great to hear from the "young and the restless"
And the other big deal is I got DH to take two larger items to the thrift store. A printer stand and some other kind of meaningless cart. Now he knows where it is and that they won't bite. Yay.
Shrimp salad was delish. I recommend it. Gonna do more tuna in a tomato too. DH brought home taquitos from lunch so thats dinner.
Gallery duty in the morning. Gets it over with. Then I can go play with my orbs. I am posting a picture of some old orbs below. Can't do that glaze anymore as it takes a lot of work and involves toxic fumes, but you get the shapes idea.
I have concluded that the best vacation for us is a cruise where we get on the ship and don't keep packing and unpacking.
Well thats about it. Stopped at the bank and raided their candy jar. I should find a bank that has no good eats. Banking is fattening. Diane S
These are beautiful. Yes a cruise can provide a wonderful vacation with no unpacking. Time for you to find a good one!

Good Morning All - later than usual as I am back at work and also went down to the front paddock before brekkie to drive the ute which was rolling out the ringlock fencing. The cows are now in one of the front paddocks munching away. They have barely raised their heads - bliss to a cow as the grass is plentiful.
Anzac Day here yesterday. DH (ex Army 29+ years) and I went in for the dawn service then the breakfast. I normally stay for the second service at 11am, watch him march with his mates and then join them at the RSL club for lunch but I was just pooped. So I came home and lay on the bed and napped and read a book. Very unlike me. Body was complaining at standing for 30+ mins for the service then the walk to the RSL for brekkie.
Slower day today - Im working but not at full speed yet. Boss has taken today off as Annual Leave and our other Engineer is onsite with a client. Waiting to see if he will be the whole day so Im pacing myself. Sitting for longer periods doesnt agree with me at present
Ann - you are doing so well with your dedication and determination to loose your weight. Well done x
Diane - you sound super busy and very industrious :) Nice to feel a great sense of achievement I bet
Liz - Glad you got some time to yourself at the beach. BIL taking things out of beach bag would make my face twitch and take effort to not say something x
Peps - Glad you are feeling much better. I dont know that I actually posted the surgery stuff. It was a second bladder sling, prolapse repair and hitch - Love my darling sons and am thankful to bring 2 healthy boys into this world but my body hasnt shared my sentiments as such. Ha ha ha
Bonnie - such a beautiful photo. YOU are glowing. Enjoy these last weeks and hope the anxiety settles for you
Diane S - well done on the cleanup :) The Orbs look great
Well I best go and attempt to keep working through the backlog
Have a wonderful evening all
I'm glad you are feeling recovered enough to get back to your usual activities. Being a woman can be a challenge sometimes!

I don't have much to add this evening except I am not having the best maintenance choices the last few days. Still floundering around for something that works with my metabolism. I have had episodes of a good 4 weeks of good choice eating, with a loss of 2-3 pounds, basically some water weight. Eating well for good health is it's own reward, but if the goal is some weight loss... And no weight is lost, the resolve begins to crumble. I have to keep trying though, because the other option is unacceptable.
And the further out we are from surgery, the bigger the challenge to eat right!
