EASTER SUNDAY, April 21, 2019

Yes! You understand! :)

I'm all cozy in my bed, with a chai latte, surfing the internet. I need to get up and get going. We are going to visit my sil in the nursing home, then drive to see our son, and then stop in at our friend's gathering on the way home. Happy Easter.

Argh!! Lost my long post, dammit.

Happy Easter from me and my Easter Bunny!

Weight, down a pound. I feel like I can breathe easier, but I still have a ways to go. It goes on so easily and comes off so slowly!

No plans today. My dad is already back in MI, so no family gatherings as it's just me out here.

Perhaps losing my long post was a sign you didn't need my lengthy boring ceiling fan repair story! To sum up, he couldn't fix it, is sending it to Casablanca for lifetime warranty repair (which costs $85, warranties aren't what they used to be, but still cheaper than buying new), but being a pack rat I had an extra fan in the garage that was exactly the same that I hadn't installed as I waffled for 14 years about which room it should go into. So he replaced it with that so I don't have to be a month without a bedroom fan as it warms up. This boon is only encouraging my pack-rattedness unfortunately! I love these fans as they completely disappear into the ceiling as much as a big fan can and they don't make this one anymore.

So glad to be able to repair it. And they will still all match which speaks to my perfectionistic side... Well, that still ended up a long boring story about ceiling fans!

Packratedness? I just reorganized my purses, and I have (gulp!) 35 of them. Plus a new purse I bought last week that hasn't arrived yet. But it was completely different than all the previous 35. Which is why I needed it.

At least they're organized, though right? And I completely agree that #36 being completely different meant it had to be acquired to fill what must have been a positively gaping hole in your collection...

I need a new one as the zipper is broken in the old. Guess I will see what I can find. I am pretty sure we don't have an extra ceiling fan though there is no telling what DH has in the garage or shed.

And I would admire the choc egg and then stuff it down. Resisted the urge to get any. I suspect there will be an awesome lemon meringue pie at our gathering.
