Hmmmmm, thought I had posted earlier but don't see post here!
It has been a bit since I've checked in. Weight at 140, 10 lbs. higher then I want to be. It has been a rough winter activity wise. Looking forward to the warmer temps!
Big news! I put an offer on a house last weekend and it was accepted! So much for downsizing. It is over 3500 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a finished basement and an inground pool! Kevin and his daughter will be joining DS#2, DS#3 and I! We are pretty excited. Closing should be May 16th!
I saw your earlier post ... you posted on the April 3 thread. :)
So happy to see you back here. :)

Thanks for the warning about the Crawdad book, people. If you want to get a bunch of book lovers going you can also begin a discussion about The Bridges of Madison County. It's polarizing. I despised it. I know other reasonable people who loved it. I find the movie just a shade more tolerable, but still in the category of, what is this $&@!.
Liz, your photo is so soothing, I feel peaceful looking at it.
Did my Costco run this evening after seeing the movie Gloria Bell with my DH. Hoping to hit the ground running tomorrow towards healthy eating. After blissfully sleeping in of course :)
Popping in way late n not sure many of you will see! Been a HUGE day on 4 hrs sleep- watched DSD do her thing at LARP last night- bed at 1.00am- up at 5am to prep to go collect the ploughs- 2 utes- needed good ute to winch ploughs onto trailers- 3+ hr drive n done by 11.30- DH n I shared steak sandwich then parted ways- I towed ploughs 3 hrs back to farm (stressful but im proud I did it!) n he headed to DSS for the night n Clay target shooting tomm- boy time
I called into Sil on way back- most of fam there- lovely- then home just in time to see last cow - C4 break her waters- She listened he he he - Bonnie150! over the bail of hay chat- n I was rewarded with watching her birth a stunning baby bull calf. First time mumma n she did so well. Here he is- I had lots of cuddles n snuggles. He followed me as I walked away- as do most of the herd. Im feeling so grounded n blessed right now.
