Oh, I almost forgot! New training milestone. I incline pressed (incline bench) 250 pounds last night! I was able to manage 11 reps on my last set, too! Yeah, I was feeling it! LOL!

Greetings My Pets

154 today. Didn't eat much yesterday and it made me cranky later on. Go figure. Food and Mood are closely related.

GL on the sugar detox Peps. Will be interested to hear your reports. I don't seem to be as enthralled with sugar as I once was but I did eat a cookie yesterday. One.

Having Shel visit was fun. The dogs adored her, wild and ill behaved as they are. And they left her covered with dog fur.

Various errands today like taking stuff to the thrift store, running a comforter to the cleaners before I get rid of it, studio time , stop at the clay store etc.

Good call on getting spots looked at. Skin cancer not needed.

Thats about it. The sun is out which means the clay stuff will dry.

Good Morning All - running in on the way out the door to take SIL to collect her new car - what a birthday present - shes a lucky lady!

Weight 175.78 - coming back down to where I am happy to sit but a ways to go

Just fed the cows, 2nd cup of tea nearly finished and will sort a quick brekkie out. Oh and work done too :)

Will try and check back later. DH is coming up tonight. Im cooking a roast herb chicken with garlic and parmesan smashed potatos n veg - should be a nice welcome home for him.
