No - they dont like the heat ( I wouldnt either with a coat like theirs!)- she would be inside a lot over summer and swum in the water holes and dams to stay cool. We have a babies plastic clam shell pool for our dogs to wallow in when its hot. They can cool down when they wish but the working dogs take themselves down to the dam for a swim when they want
Such gentle dogs - miss having one
