Meet and Greet in September - Las Vegas/Long Beach or San Fran???

Me again !

As I mentioned in post today - DH and I spent some time working out our trip to States in September and I finally have a better idea of dates etc

Who is interested in meeting up ?

At this stage I think Vegas would be the best place but we are in San Fran & LA for periods of time too

Las Vegas will be 24-28th September - DH & I will be coming there with a friend from San Fran

We are in Long Beach 8th & 9th September - after driving back from Palm Desert

San Fran 18th to 23rd September

Rest is taken up with tours etc - we are heading to Joshua Tree National Park, Yosemite and Tahoe

Thoughts of those who are interested?

It would be so lovely to meet up in person, but once school starts the end of August I'm pretty much tied to travelling on school breaks. I will SO look forward to pictures and stories of the meet ups!

My work schedule isn't always flexible...something that includes a weekend is more likely to be a go. This would be a quick trip, like a long weekend for me. So, perhaps San Fran? Would love to make something work, keep me apprised!

I cannot commit right now since I'll have a toddler and an infant.

But DH and I love Vegas. I went there for my bday last year (9/9)

Speaking of my birthday, that would fall on your Long Beach time, so I could possibly pull some chains and get away then ;)

I've been wanting to go to San Fran and wine country for quite some time and September (my favorite month!!) sounds like a beautiful time!

By everyones comments - maybe San Fran is looking most convenient for the majority but we can work it out closer to the time

When are you due?

Of course, San Francisco is the best option for me - no travel! I'm right there. However, Las Vegas is an option that would be fun for a weekend. I've been to Long Beach so many times for dog shows, that I would rather not travel there. So for me, Las Vegas or SF. Again, SF is a given, Las Vegas is a trip I will have to plan, but I'm totally up for it! Let me know what you decide.

Perfect Devon :) Its sounding like San Fran will be the best at this stage. Vegas is mostly a mid week - flying back to LA Sat 28th for final few days before the long haul back to Aus

Ok after this weekend I have a far better idea of timings etc

Going to suggest San Fran - anytime weekend of 21st and 22nd September - we are flexiable and will fit in with those who can make it
