Weight 126.8, calories 609. Bounceback from yesterday...
We went to dinner at a local place with super fresh fish (I had red snapper). DH had the same which is often the case the days as he doesn't try to order anymore. It does make going out to eat easier these days. He told a pool friend about his daycare experiences and she said it was the best conversation she has had with him in a long while. Apparently he has a good feeling about it again which hopefully holds until Tuesday.
Today we have no specific plans. It will be hot again so something near water will make sense.
Have a super a Saturday!

High wind warnings through Monday ! No snow involved and we missed garbage day (and flying debris from overturned rollers), so all is good, but we'll be battening down anything we can, later ! I was contacted about a 96 year old lady who lives alone in town, and is missing her dog who passed away. Her daughter was looking for someone to do visits with a cuddly dog. Sadie is a big change from the small lap dog she is used to, so we brought a stuffed yellow lab with us for her to keep on her lap, and to keep her company between visits. Met with the lawyer and signed a retainer agreement $$$.

Good morning!
About dog sharing: my sister really doesn't want a family dog. However, one son, in particular, really wanted one. She found a solution in an app that matches dog owners willing to share with people that want a pet to visit. So, Guinness, the Westie, comes and hangs out at my sister's house. They have a dog dish for him, toys, etc etc etc at their house. I don't know owner's story but it is easy to imagine wanting your single-pup to have loving care rather than being home alone.
I'm enjoying your keto stories. I added my diet targets to my training plan so now at the end of the day I can mark it complete, or not. I am really motivated to mark activity as completed in the training app so I am hoping this will be helpful for diet, too. I imagine that is how you list people feel. I don't have that same success with lists, at least not yet. Maybe it is all about presentation.
Have a great day, all!

So this morning, I got up, went to pee, weighed al natural as I always do. Was happy to be down, got dressed. Then I realized I had more business in the bathroom, which turned out to be, what's the word we like to use here, productive. And let me tell you, it took a mountain of self control to not strip off all my clothes and weigh myself again! I stood in my bedroom telling myself, there's a lot to get done today, you're dressed, get on with the day!
So for a change of pace it snowed again last night. I committed a big driveway faux pas and drove on the fresh snow, packing it down, and making it harder to shovel. But I was desperate to get to Costco, and since snow (yes, more. snow.) Is coming this evening, I figured the place would get crazy. I did hit it the right time, in and out in a bit over 30 minutes.
Right now I'm surfing the web, eating some pretty yummy shrimp, and gearing up to go shovel. DH is at work, so I'm a snow widow. I did consider backing the car up and down all over the driveway and compacting the snow instead of shoveling it. Probably not the best idea, sigh. Well, at least I get a full body workout.
Well, I was LOLing! Been there!
