I love the story about your parent's house....is it in Nebraska? I still wish I would have driven by that purple house of yours, at least. (Traveling with teens crimped my style)

I think if you have to forage for chocolate that the calories don't count.

Forecast: 2-3 inches of snow overnight, then several more inches starting Saturday evening, with high winds creating blizzard like conditions. We purchased our airfare for Spring Break months ago; 4 more weeks!

On my one day at a time journey, another day of lowcarbing. I think I have burned up my stored glucose, because today I am hungry and tired. When I start burning fat, I often get fatigued, as if my body is yelling, we're using all our fat, for God's sake, go lay down!!! So actually good symptoms that will subside in a few days if I stay the course.

Very few plans for this weekend. We are supposed to go to a friend's house for dinner. The last time we planned to do that, we had to cancel as it was the weekend of the flu debacle that landed DH in the hospital. Our friends texted, you didn't need to be SO dramatic if you didn't want to come to dinner. Hoping blizzard like conditions don't mean we need to cancel tomorrow evening!
