Weight 126.2. I need to wrap my head around losing weight before my body is too used to it. DD arrives around 2:30 today. We are going to an outside venue on the water for drinks after she arrives, then probably an outside restaurant for dinner. So weight is not likely to do well this week...
Anyway, we are really looking forward to her visit. I hope DH sleeps late this morning. He was up and down all night which shortened my sleep and does not bode well for his functioning today.
Have a super Sunday!

Shel, thanks for taking a turn in the weather bull's eye ! We are expecting two storms this week, but our grocery stores won't be ravaged. Less than a month until Pawley's Island !! Can't wait ! DC is leaning a bit too heavily, IMO, into medical marijuana (MM), he was prescribed for PTSD, depression and sleep issues. It is causing him to put on some weight and to isolate even more, making him somewhat snarkier than usual. Sometimes, I think I am only staying with him for Atlas. I know one thing for sure, winning the HGTV 2019 Montana house will be a sign to try something different.
Liz, enjoy every moment with DD !!

I'm sorry it is difficult to be with D****rtainly understand that. My DH is not remotely the person I married and I don't like being with him a fair amount of the time. I owe him this care and I know he would have done the same for me, but you don't have the same level of obligation?

Greetings My Friends
156 today. I am slowly but steadily regaining weight. Must put a stop to this trend. Must do a lot of things but somehow they don't get done.
But today I really must get the guest room ready for nephew. DH has moved some of his junk so laundry, here we come.
Hey guess what? It SNOWED here last night. Real snow, not just piles of hail. Its a super big deal here because it hardly ever happens. Snow on the beach. People went outside in pj's in the middle of the night to make snow men. Suns out and melting is well underway.
Liz glad your DD is coming and you will have some fun. So sorry your DH continues with his illness. No easy paths. Ditto DianeO. Medical canabis has value but also dangers like any other drug. Its been widely used here for years and now is fully legal. Not sure where it is all headed but the regulation and taxation are getting off to a rough start.
The gallery was slow yesterday due to awful rain but at least I made some progress on the tax returns for the business. I'd rather do that than make food for gallery openings. There is an event today featuring port wine and chocolate. I am staying away.
Picked up a grocery store roast chicken on the way home last night. So dinner is fixed for tonight too. Take care all. Snow picture below. Diane S
Hope Chip and Tesla are loving the snow. It looks as if they bounded across the deck into the yard to play!
Eh, regain happens. It's not the worst thing in the world, but it sure is a mind fu*k! If you ever need support, I'm here for you. Getting to the place that I was finally okay with gaining all my weight back took a **** load of work and I am here to tell you that guilt is one emotion that has to get kicked to the curb for the regain to recede! Remember, too, you have a Dr. C sleeve! That is a far more powerful tool than the one I have. It's a matter of working with what he built - but you know that just as well as I do. LOL!
Hey Peps, not much "bounding" in the snow. They don't get it. Tesla is eating it. My cairns used to adore the snow and burrowing in it. Not these California dogs.
Yep, Dr. C sleeve still works pretty well. And he did also install a great amount of discipline in me which seems to have faded. But going into year ten I am still so much better off.
Good on you for your killer work outs. No way could I lift even one 65 pound dumbbell. You are a beast indeed! ds
