Whey protein became an issue for me about 18 months ago. I got horrible cramps shortly after ingesting it and then my body wanted it out immediately. I stopped using it for about 6 or 7 months and just ventured to try it again this week. So far so good, but I'm staying mindful. I hate being in the position of not being able to trust a fart!
Bonnie, way to roll with the flow, girl. And you can change your mind any damn time you want to do so!
Respect!

Hey Bonnie, I think its wise of you to stay home for awhile with two very young children. You can go back to work after at least one gets in pre school. In law you have flexibility. My women partners arranged part time work when they had children and too 6 months or more off completely. I went to 4 days a week when I was considering retiring completely. You can read law journals at home while the kids nap and keep your skills. Being a child of a working mom, I recommend it. Diane
Jeez, Devon -- you ARE a beast! The good kind. :) Congratulations. Your kudos are deserved.
And congrats on beating your World One Week Weight Loss Record! Your new regimen is really working for you. Congrats on that, too.
