Nice job Devon! I need to follow your lead! I find feeling down is a real deterrent to healthy eating for me.

Today to shake things up, we sat on lounges next to the pool instead of the beach. I like it all. I am almost done with my third book. We go home tomorrow night. Our flight leaves at 9pm, so we have the whole day, and will board the plane, Sandy and smelling of Sun screen. Thursday morning may be a little rough, but totally worth it!

It sounds like you have had a super relaxing trip! I'm glad our weather here in Florida cooperated.
