Im with you re the humidity - I can deal with dry heat but add humidity and I become a dripping slimy mess

Hopefully the sea breezes make things far more bearable once you get on the ship

Liz, I agree so much about how wonderful it feels to be in control. When I am feeling control over what I am eating, the food is pleasurable, delicious. When I'm eating in a dysfunctional way, I enjoy what I am eating so much less because it is seasoned with shame, and a bit of despair.

Good Morning - later than usual after a very late (early morning) into bed. This old duck doesnt cope too well with 2 late nights mid week. I struggled to crawl out of bed at 8am. Im normally up before 5am most days.

The second part of the Harry Potter Theatre was amazing as well. I have seen a lot of shows over my time but this one is just mind blowing. The Tickets are expensive but you can see it spent in the set and effects. Magical. My stepdaughter and I decided we would save and take the boys later this year. Planning on spending a weekend in the city together. Im looking forward to it already.

Quieter day today. Im working then need to collect the Wood Chipper from the service place. Then its pile the puppies in the UTE and drive up to the farm. Its going to be around 97 today but tommorow is up to 110 again. We are having a heatwave at present. Sunday should see a slight drop into the high 80's.

Well I best keep moving. Lots to get done today

This is the Cursed Child story - if it ever comes to the US - do yourself a favour and go! Most I have ever paid for tickets but the set and effects are just amazing

Im planning on going again later in the year with my stepdaughter again - we will take the boys this time
