Sure :)
Its super easy - I make it in mini loaf tins as they are a perfect size for my sleeve

The food looks wonderful (almost makes me want to cook more). I know how you lost 2 pounds - your activity level!

Greetings New Years Survivors
Actually seems we are more than survivors but thrivers. Good on us. Weight 154.5 today. Not cool. I checked back and a year ago I was 144.5. I do not like this creeping trend. But its all on me. I drink too much wine and am not pushing the protein and veggies as I should. Must investigate new recipes as it seems like we have the same old stuff over and over. Gonna check the egg face site. Ditto to moving around more. Yeah I have said this all before.
Ann so love the NOLA stories. What a wonderful community and glad you have friends there. Didn't they have any ball gowns at the estate sale? Sounds like a fun time looking at all that stuff. And glad you can walk so much. Shel, I had no clue the moss there is the same as here. We have lots around here too - both the hanging kind from trees and all kinds of ground cover ones.
Liz sorry the issues with DH continue. Glad you have the psych apt. Indeed some medicines have the opposite of the intended effect as Shel well knows. Hope you find some relief.
Paula glad things are going well and the kids are coming around. No doubt they recognize Kevin and you are good people and good for each other.
Hey Shel, Smudge is a cutie. Glad you got the snow shoeing in. But a 35 pound weight vest? Don't think I could even stand up in one though I am carrying about 25 extra pounds on my middle.
It was horribly windy and rainy at the gallery and no sales. I got at least 1000 steps walking in circles and left a box of Andes mints there for others to graze on.
BB congrats on getting the decorations down. Glad you and DH had a date night and DSS has bonded with Becca.
Nothing scheduled today other than shopping for soup fixings, laundry and maybe a studio drive by.
Take care all. Diane S
We also put away our decorations this weekend. I thought about Bonnie's idea to leave up some snow themed items for cheer, and Lord knows a snow theme will be appropriate here for months yet, but my things are mostly, clearly Christmas. So I went shopping, found a couple of clearance items that fit the bill.
Liz I again think of the difficult situation you are in. It must be so lonely sometimes to have your beloved with you physically, but no longer be your partner.
Diane, I too have watched that scale creep up, and I know what I need to do, and I have in fact done it before. So why do I struggle to do what's needed for more than two weeks at a time. I do find when I cut the sugar and increase protein, my appetite becomes more manageable.I must remember this!!
Our 3 week house guest has left, I'm sure to return again this summer. I cleaned out the fridge, rearranged the cupboard where I keep my Tupperware back to my liking, and will tackle the pantry next. As far as I can tell, my dishes and pans are where they should be this time, and if anything has been broken (as is often the case), I haven't discovered it yet. Oh my, did I say that all out loud? Luckily, I love her like a sister :)
I'm still hovering at 5-6 pounds more than last year. Still under my goal weight, but I don't like it. I drop a couple for a few days then bounce back up (my fault, no excuses).
