I am still looking for my broomstick! LOL! Christmas is going to come and smack me upside the head. Oh boy, oh boy! I really need to get it together. Procrastination is not my ally at the moment, but he is so inviting. As a matter of fact, I currently find Procrastination somewhat enticing and intoxicating. Sitting here avoiding chores feels a little seductive. I can feel myself succumbing to the feeling of a relaxed body and emptying mind...

Food intake sucked yesterday. SUCKED in all capital letters is more accurate. There was just too much temptation and at the end of a long week, I just didn't have it in me to fight it. As you know, sometimes for me just one bite and I revert to my junkie self. That was yesterday. I didn't get my **** back on trac****il I went to work out. I think the workout got my blood sugar leveled out and then I was okay. Over indulgence was respectfully reflected by my Conair Weigh****cher's scale this morning. Yeah, that girl is watching my weight like a hawk - right down to the tenth of a pound. Damn!

I love Diane O's intention to finish 2018 the way she intends to start 2019. I thought about that last night after my day of debaucherous eating. I need to remember it is best to eat with a purpose and a goal in mind. Eating to support a goal or purpose is a powerful strategy.

I think I am going to actually lie down for a half an hour before getting on with the day and party prep for this evening's school holiday ba****'s an overcast and coolish day. A little afternoon nap sounds like just the thing!

I drove by Abbes donuts this morning at 6:45 am and it was open and beckoning, but I resisted (which was damn difficult because I was tired). Like you, if I have one bite of one of their phenomenal donuts I will be on a donut binge until I feel like you-know-what. So I haven't had a donut since WLS (I know myself to well...)
