  1. Within Range: yes
  2. General Wellbeing: 9 on SS
  3. 10,000+ Steps: 13858
  4. Fitness: walking; raking leaves
  5. Self-Care: yard work with iPod (Music !)
  6. Play/Leisure: knitting
  7. Intention: Finish 2018 the way I intend to start 2019. Look for more unanticipated opportunities to live beyond the anticipated sequence/order of things.

Ten more bags of leaves ! I'll tackle the back today, before things freeze up again. The early snow prior to leaves falling pre-empted the typical sequence. Living life out of an imposed sequence is actually exhilarating ! Looking for more unanticipated opportunities !

How many of us ordered holiday leggings after seeing the photo Liz posted ? Shel, as long as DH doesn't think they'd be perfect with pimple boots, we should all be good to go ! Diane, there was a featured news story on life at a local gallery the week before Christmas. Made my head spin ! May the force be with you !!

Good Morning!! Pimple boots and leggings made me laugh out loud! I love leggings on other people. I am unable to pull them off as my legs are HUGE! Super cute and festive on Liz, though.

Im doing well. Pain is under control when I keep to my meds schedule and get up and walk. Moving helps. I'm itching with the oxycodone so I'm having to take Benedryl. I'm calling again on Monday to see if they can prescribe something else. I'm sleeping a lot with the combination.

I love Devon's tattoo and the trailer. Hoping Ron is getting better everyday.

Those crab legs look divine, Shel. One of my favorite things eat.

Bonnie, I can just imagine how happy you are to have your husband home! Whatever you decide about staying home or working will be the right decision for you.

Paula, how was Fiddler on the Roof? I saw that show when I was a child at the Muny Opera in St. Louis.

Hoping that Bonnie, David, Chuck and Ann continue to heal.

Finally sunny and warmer today. And, it's not raining! My intentions today are to get up and walk as much as possible, drink at least four 16 oz glasses of water and eat protein and fiber forward. Andy and I are watching An Innocent Man documentary on Netflix. These horrific murders happened right here in Ada, Oklahoma nor far from where I live.

Hoping everyone has a wonderful day and will practice self-care.

Stephanie! So good to hear from you- and good news too (not the itching, of course). I'm cosmically walking with you- it seems to signal the body that healing is in progress and results in a sense of well being and accomplishment. Carry on and rest well.

I was in The King and I when I was in high school. When I saw the Broadway touring production, it took everything in me not to sing along, speeches they got to my 3 word solo, Praise to Budda.

The sun is up and we supposedly will get into the 50s today. Does wonders for my sense of well being. Looking forward to outdoor stroll- the treadmill and walking the aisles of Walmart just does not cut it.

Won't go into details, but have daily been working at figuring out my pissed off and so then sluggish digestive (as in exiting poos) tract. How to cope has been a combination of deliberate behaviors and what/how much of what to take and when--bla bla ...Happppppy to report progress! There may be an end in sight here!

The mystery of food also continues to be a work in progress. The trend I am seeing is a default to easy to eat carbs--pretzels, nuts, toast, etc. just because I tire or am reluctant to deal with foods that may or may not - on any given occasion- mess with me. I seem to be holding steady on my weight- (must have the metabolism of a dead rock), plus the fact that I strongly tend to carb cravings, so ....

Today we go to a Christmas dinner- that should prove interesting. THEN Asher arrives. So excited!!!

Off to experience the moment, all the moments all day long. God is good- it's all good- every day.

Greetings Buddies

No weight today. Rushed off to work at gallery but feeling crappy. So I did some banking and spaced that its Saturday and the bank is not open. Used the night deposit. It wasn't busy so my co-worker told me to come home which I gleefully did. Stopped to pick up nose spray at the world's slowest drug store. So much for my days adventures. I think I will go back to bed.

Yesterday the surf was high so we went to the North Jetty to look at waves. Huge waves. But of course we stayed off the jetty itself as waves were crashing over it. Pic below. Nite nite. Diane S
