Oh Lordy Shirl. Do you have a wet vac? Better get one before they sell out? Stay warm and dry and hope the cyclone sputters out. diane

No wet vac but towels and determination. They are now all washed and on the line. 3 loads of them. No more rain yet and so we wait

Got to say - life is never boring around here :)

I had a pretty crappy time the first night with nausea, vomiting and passing out. My blood pressure has been very low. Surgery went well though. Feeling better but still dealing nausea and dizziness yesterday. They wouldn't let me go home. Today, I did a 180; feeling like me again except for surgical pain. I walked up and down the hallways, learned about car transfer and how to make adjustments at home. I am finally in my recliner at 5ish this evening. I'm taking my pain meds and sleeping a lot. Thank you for all the prayers and positive energy.

You could tighten the Velcro maybe? I make sure it sits snugly around my head and above my ears with my hair behind my ears (my ears keep it from sliding down). Sometimes it slips up in the back taking my hair with it, but that more gives me mask hair in the morning than it makes it slide off. I haven't had any itching though!
