Happy Saturday! I'm drinking coffee, watching kitty eat on the patio and Mr. C from the bird feeder.
Shel...love the beautiful pictures. I am letting a lot of things go. Ive decided my house is clean enough and decorated enough. I will not be rushing to any parties I don't absolutely feel like going to. My parents are coming here Christmas Day as I may will not feel like riding in the car for long. We will just see how how it goes and be fine with it. My shopping is done. Yay! I've pushed a lot of buttons and it comes to my door:)
Bonnie...cancer free is fabulous news! Take it easy and listen to your body!
Devon-thank you for the picture directions. I do know what you're talking about! I just had to write instructions for my sub and my student teacher's aide. I'm leaving the library in good hands so that will not be a worry. How much longer will Ron have the bag? Hope he's getting better everyday and you continue to take time for you.
DianeO...hope Chuck continues to heal.
BB-glad you're husband is home and you're feeling better.
Diane...love the turtles.
Liz-do you like the sleep mask. I think I'm going to like mine.
Diamond-Orlando sounds like a wonderful plan for Spring Break!
Ann-keep having fun in Chicago!
David-those pics with your granddaughter always make me smile:)
Paula-sounds like love is in the air!
Cecily- I'm like the mask. Thanks for the recommendation.
Hope everyone has a great day!!

Good sunny (but cold and breezy) day from SEKansas and a much rested and contrite camper after a gentle day.
That said, Shel, I so want to be walking that path you posted. So beautiful and serene. Walking is something I am supposed to be doing - some days the weather just doesn't cooperate. DH brushed up the treadmill in the washhouseturnedexercisespace where I will at least be out of the wind. Not nearly so scenic as Shel's hiking havens- jealous.
I have rediscovered broth, and can't seem to get enough of it. DH has a turkey in the oven that will generate lots and lots of the good stuff. Will package it up in large servings and store in the deep freeze. Am pretty sure the turkey itself will be a good thing as chicken breast seems to work out ok.
Doing Christmas shopping on line this year, but can't seem to get too excited about it. Shoot, if I'm going to spend money, I want it to be fun!
Resolved to honor my body and make wellness a priority.
As always, it's all good- always.

Greetings Great Ones
154 today. No gain is good.
Are we into the second week of December already? I am so not ready for Christmas. Kudos to those who are.
Getting a facial DianeO. Good idea. I used to do that often. BB OMG all the spa treatments at your place! Good on you for indulging. I have wondered about that cool sculpting but not enough to look into it. Many years ago (like 30) I had some liposuction done whi*****luded under my chin. Never regretted it.
Great Christmas lights Liz. Glad you had a good evening out.
Interesting results on my two fit bit comparison. The pocket one recorded 500 plus more steps than the wrist one. The pocket one is the one that took the trip through the vacuum cleaner but I don't think thats the issue.
Bonnie150 glad you are doing broth. A good thing. We should all do more of it.
Well more later maybe. Not feeling very inspired at the moment. Diane S
