So traumatic for the community and DD. Sure gives one chills. I'm sorry DD had to be exposed to this.

Sun shinning brightly- no wind and projecting near 50 today before the cold drops in. BB, looks like you may take a hit, or are you northwest of the event? Walkies today, for sure.
I made it in to the ceramics lab yesterday and was able to glaze the last piece I made before surgery. Made for a long day, but am thrilled to have been able to complete the project.
Not much else to report- same'ol'same'ol- steps forward, steps back. Am constantly reshuffling food: how much (am uncomfortable to distracted if I eat more than about 1/3 cup), which changes how often (seems like all the time to get nutrients in), as well as food choices(certain foods alone are ok while combined with others are not), foods that worked on any given day may reap disaster the next, and what kind of activity will help settle the whole system down after eating. I feel best when I am not eating- if I could get away with that, I would be a happy camper. Probably not a practical idea. I currently see eating as I sometimes do exercise; something that needs to be done, only that after exercise I feel better. After eating not so much.
Sounds like everyone is percolating along just fine (BB- may that bug go away, and soon!)
I remain undaunted and carry on. As always, it's good- it's all good.
Abound in gratitude - 'tis the season.

Yep. Although weathermen are all over the map! Some say 7-10 in., some say 1-2, it all depends on when it comes in, what are the temps, whether it's rain, freezing rain, or snow. Although one thing appears certain: travel issues. DH was supposed to fly home Friday night. I begged him to change his flight to Thurs night and he is!! I don't want to be without him all weekend, plus it'll get pricey for more hotel nights, plus...I've been sick.
Are you in Kansas? I forget

Liz, as a sleep mask connoisseur, this one is the best of the dozen or so I've tried!
Ordered! Thank you! I was agonizing over the reviews. Once I read the ones on this it certainly seems to fit what I need.

That plus comfort plus cut-outs so it wouldn't press on my eyes were my most important features. I tried one once and it was okay but not great so I wanted to improve on that experience.
