Weight 120.8, calories 618. I feel like this is a relatively true weight after eating on plan yesterday, getting some good bathroom time in, and staying hydrated. And I really wasn't hungry at any point. I made that Simple Salmon recipe on OH last night, but used catfish because it was on sale. It was quite good and I couldn't eat a full serving. Oh and I had some spinach with skinny girl dressing (10 calories). Great stuff!

Not much on the agenda today - it is going to be warm and humid again with a cool-down tonight (42 in the morning tomorrow!).

Miss150, I love that you are feeling well enough to venture out some and do some decorating. It sounds like time and patience will get you back to normal.

Shirley, the baby is home! That so warms my heart!

Cecily, I know what you mean about not wanting to post when we are up but needing to. I like that most of us literally have our ups and downs so it is a safe place to check in and talk about both ends of the spectrum.

Off to walk now. I'm missing yoga down here! I hope it returns here after the first of January.

Oh, and here is my silly little Florida tree - all of two feet including the base. I'm looking forward to my 7 foot tree at hone (slim also BB).

Have a thankful Tuesday!

133.4. Got a Facebook reminder yesterday that it has been 3 years since I hit goal weight, which was 130 lbs. Not too shabby for maintaining - this is certainly the longest time I have kept the weight off and I can honestly say that right now I am not trying very hard at all to maintain!

I do get in around 10,000 steps every day...sometimes with exercise but mostly just being a busy Mom, worker, girlfriend! I need to get back to Boot Camp and Yoga to get my muscle tone back though. Still dreaming of round 2 of plastics but conflicted if/when to take the PTO for it. I don't want to burn all of my PTO and then need it for something important like a honeymoon! No, we are not there yet but could be in the next 6-12 months!

Ann, Happy birthday! Sorry to hear about the eye infection. Sounds horrid! Hope your b-day week in NOLA is grand. I would love to be there celebrating with you!

Liz, can't believe the chilly FL temps you have been having. Sorry Paul's decline is making life rougher these days. I do hope you are able to find avenues for respite! I even found myself burning out some with the short time I needed to care for Ben.

Diane O, love your new evaluation system of how your well being is going. A great way to reflect on where you are, where you have been and where you want to go!

Shel, kudos to you on your training for the big climb! When do you plan on doing that again? I envy your dedication to fitness!

Diane S, need more pics of your latest creations. I did enjoy seeing the pics of you and Devon at the dog show.

Devon, I "see" more of you on FB these days. All your pups (young and old) are doing so well! In general, you seem more content these days. Yay!!!! Sorry for all the poor air quality you have been having but neat that you are making the best of it with your kiddos at school!

Cecily, are you in MI or back in CA these days? I can never keep track of your travels. Sounds like you continue to stay active!

Bonnie, love all the pics you share! Baby girl is getting big fast and soon with have a sister! Love your Christmas decorations. You certainly are the hostess with the mostess in our little group!

David, your babies are growing up fast as well. Love the pics you share as well. I can tell you are 100% smitten with those little girls in your life! Hope your healing is going well!

Miss150, glad you are slowly but surely healing from your surgery.

Aussie Shirl???, did I get that right? Looking forward to getting to know you better. I was a regular poster but life is crazy busy these days and I don't get on nearly enough!

To anyone else I forgot to give a shout out to, know that you are in my thoughts as well. Love to you all!

Paula

Love to you too! I'm sure you've already heard this but please don't hurry too fast into marriage? Make sure he is absolutely the right guy for you (you deserve it).

Woohoo to you for maintaining so well!

I'm in CA until May. End of May through September I'm in MI. I'm not hearty enough to survive a Geeat Lakes winter!

Weight: 170

Paula-glad to see you check in! And not too shabby at all on the weight maintenance! I think my lowest weight was right around 151, but then I had plastics and supposedly they removed almost 5lbs. but somehow I never got the benefit of that. My highest weight was right around 2 years ago at 167 right after New Year's 2017. Got to the gym and got down to 154, felt "svelte", got pregnant, up to 190something, back down to right around 165, pregnant again. Haha. But I know I can do the right things and lose it again. I think it's wonderful that you have a light in your life! Enjoy!

Liz-you and I may just need to go and put up trees! You need a 4ft (?) Florida tree!! And I need my living room tree up. It's where I am 90% of the time that I'm home and awake. It's just so dismal in there right now--hardly any sign of Christmas :( I think it might actually be depressing me. I just have to make sure it's safe for Becca. I saw recommendations about putting up ottomans or heavy wrapped presents (that she couldn't topple over) as a barricade.

Wondering if David and Adalynn are doing okay.

Had girls over to watch VS fashion show last night. First time I truly felt old-- I had no clue who any of the musical acts were, knew only a couple of the "old" models", thought the girls looked wayy too thin and young...

Plus I'm feeling way fat. I know it will pass, but at nearly 15 weeks pregnant, I'm at that stage where I'm definitley getting a pooch, but it looks like a beer gut. And although my regular clothes fit, they just emphasize the idea that it's not a baby but a beer belly. And they're getting tight. I can't wait for it to be a bit more obvious--that will be a relief.

Tonight I'm going to a ladies night out at church and leaving Becca with her older sister. Dinner and a dirty santa exchange should be fun! I haven't met these ladies before (I don't think)--I go to the other church "campus" but this one is the same church but closer to our house.

A dirty santa exchange at church? Sounds intriguing!

Yes and we have a $10 gift card limit on local stores. So that is cool because it really made me think of some place local to buy.

I think we need clarification on "dirty santa." I never seem to come with an appropriate gift.

Once I went with bath salts/goods, and it apparently was a xxx "dirrrrrty" Santa. I was actually embarrassed by my tame gift! lol

Then last year I went to a dirty santa and took funny, slightly provocative gifts, but everyone had nice gifts! So I was embarrassed.

Then sometimes I've been (and I think technically these are supposed to be "white elephant"?) where you might get toilet paper as a gift.

The cleverest one I"ve been to was where you needed to bring someone from your home to regift.

I struggle with those too. The best I ever did was with a silly group of women and I got this hat from Amazon. It got "stolen" the maximum number of times and three of them asked me to get them hats for their family presents...

That's cute! Last year I got a cookbook "50 shades of chicken" and a fanny pack that looked like a man's beer gut. Well it turns out the mother got the cookbook and seemed slightly embarrassed, and another sweet lady got the beer gut (and the hosts and friends we knew who were going are all riots, so I thought I was safe with these middle of the road funny but not too ranchy gifts).

I'm glad this was just gift cards! Except I knew not to get liquor store gift cards for church ladies haha.
