Dave, great to see you start the thread today. Sorry that your mood is not what you would like it to be. I want to mention again how much my mood improved by stopping the Vyvanse. That med was a real downer for me. I read up on amphetamine side effects and foul mood, irritability, crankiness are all listed as effects of prolonged use of amphetamines. (Yes, less clinical than the medical terms used in the literature, but that's the reality.) I feel so much better being off Vyvanse, I can't begin to tell you. The benefit Vyvanse gave me is far outweighed by the improvement in my mood off of it! Anyway, something to consider.
244.2 this morning. Makes much more sense to me than the 243.something did yesterday. I'm still on Cloud 9 that I have lost this much in just over 5 weeks without "dieting". 18 pounds in 5 weeks for a non WLS surgery result rocks! Hehehehe....
My grooming client showed up an hour and a half early today. So much for a leisurely morning. LOL! Oh, well... now I have a bit of a break in the afternoon to go to the gym. That's a definite plus, right?
Home repairs are almost done. Garage door and washing machine - check! Kitchen sink faucet, not yet. Plumber came by last night and inspected. He told us what to do, refused any payment and told us to call him if we couldn't manage the repair ourselves. He said it would take him about 2 minutes and he'd do it on his way home. He lives across the street and three doors up. Actually, all of our repair people are local businesses. Doing business with neighborhood businesses is so much more pleasant than dealing with corporate repair services.
Going to get on with the day.... Wishing every single one of you a productive (in whatever way you need productivity - physical, chore-wise, emotional...) Saturday (or Sunday for Shirl).
