It seems my internal rooster is now on Bermuda time and is waking me up at 2:15. Dude, sleep in!

But this morning I'm mostly thinking about you, Bonnie. You do know that while you're sedated and drowsy we'll be talking about you! But to quote you, it's all good ... it's always good. I also know that it will also be a long, stressful day for your husband and children, so I'm praying for peace for them, too.

Yesterday was a good day. I finished going through three weeks of mail, paid bills, puttered around the house, saw my M.D. about my sore ribs and noticeable knot (hematoma) on my chin; he predicted everything will take 6 weeks to heal. I also did yoga stretching and restoration poses, which I sorely (not a pun) needed. And it snowed here! That's the earliest I ever remember it snowing in the Ozarks since we moved here 15 years ago.

Today will be even busier with run-around-town bill-paying, quick trip to Walmart, chiropractor's appointment, afternoon women's club meeting, and getting organized for tomorrow morning's early-morning trip to The Big City for cataract surgery.

Yesterday my water was back up to 3 glasses, but I'm still putting up serious resistance to H2O. Today I plan to drink a glass of water at 8am, 10am, noon, 4pm, and a cup of green tea after dinner. Five glasses is a worthy goal. Come on, Ann - it's jus****er!

And once more: Bonnie, good luck!

Today's theme: It's good ... it's always good.

Fresh snow for trip to NYC and more expected for my flight Friday. I so dislike being de-iced .. it makes me much too focused on safety.

Weight 122.2, calories 733. I think I'm comstipated, but not sure as I seem to have felt that way for a few days. I guess time will tell.

I made fish tacos last night and they came out really good!

Not sure what the agenda is today other than baking some poppy seed lemon bread for a coffee tomorrow and maybe putting another coat of paint on an old wicker mirror I have. It is so hot and humid that it is difficult to get very motivated. It is supposed to break tomorrow night, but that keeps getting pushed off.

I need to figure out how to celebrate DH's birthday. Go out or dinner here???

Have a timely Tuesday!

And it's 22 degrees here with snow on the ground.

You're livin' the dream, Liz! :)

We had a whopping 1% humidity yesterday and 81 degrees. No wonder my nose is bleeding! Humid would be a godsend...
