And, your opinion of Meyer Lemon is???? I think they are the best lemons EVER! We have had Meyer lemons for years because the trees grow so well in our climate and produce gobs, scads, hundreds of lemons each year - and we only plant the dwarf variety. I haven't planted one here because my dad planted one and produces enough for me, my brother and himself, plus all his neighbors!

Greetings from dog shows in Napa where they serve wine. Great fun seeing peps and his Liza. My girl is not winning but her cousin is and will soon be a champion. Lovely weather and peps sentus to fab restaurant. All so fun. More later when I am home and have a keyboard. Hugs dianes

I had my first encounter with Meyer lemons two weeks ago in Texas. My sil picked it from her own tree. Unfortunately, she used it in lemon bars. Or should I say, sorry not sorry? As a Midwesterner and attendee of many church basement potlucks, I've eaten a lot of bars, lemon included. These were the brightest, most delicious lemon bars ever. Behold the power of the Meyer lemon.
