Greetings Peeps
First and foremost congrats to BB and DH on his job offer. So great that you don't have to move and that the limbo you are in is finally over. Best of luck to your DH on this new venture. Glad you get a date night too.
Well Halloween is over thank god. I dropped off the considerable remaining candy at the senior center where bingo was going on. Ditto the crackers and some grapes that I knew I would not be able to eat. Had the veggie soup for dinner. Took the 6 pack of beer next door since the neighbor had her grown sons over to take down the Halloween talking witches. They drive pick ups so I knew they would drink beer.
Gallery duty today so I will get some extra walking in with banking. I went back to GY for breakfast yesterday after doing eggs for a number of weeks. The GY has more protein. So its part of my mini plan to stop and reverse this regain. More protein, more walking, less snatch and stuff at the studio. Part of the reason I didn't take the candy there.
Liz my mom took Namemba for her dementia from Parkinson's. I can't say how much it helped because I don't know what would have happened without it, but I think there were no side effects from it.
Well Chip got clipped down at the groomers and now is sleek as can be. Also I can see now he is a little fat. Fortunately he has a personal trainer - Tesla - who keeps him active. Ditto new toys.
Cecily hope your funk passes soon. You need to be in California! Beach walks are a tonic, as DianeO knows well.
Dave hope you continue to heal and Peps, hope the sugar detox is working out.
Well, on to a few projects before gallery duty. But coffee first. Diane S.
Good Morning All
Quick pop in today. Saturday and looks like we may be helping load hay for my SIL. Im hoping Im ok to do it as I had bad asthma last night - we had bad storms and they call in thunderstorm asthma. Just couldnt get my breathe back. I seem to be a lot better this morning so will just see how I go. Want to get the remaining 10 trees mulched after breakfast but DH has fallen back asleep so we shall see
BB - so happy DH got the job. I know it will be a big relief
Liz - Will be thinking of you for tommorrow and saying goodbye to your gorgeous little lady. Long distance hugs xxxx
Well I better get moving - take care all
Shirley
Damn, you folks work hard!
BTW, RESPECT re your fire-fighting skills and neighborliness. Y'all Aussies are good peeps. :)
